22.3 Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Site shall not exceed INR 1,000 or the amount paid by you, if any, for use of the Site, whichever is lower.

22.4 Your sole and exclusive remedy for dissatisfaction with the Site is to stop using it.

25. Governing Law

25.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

26. Jurisdiction and Dispute Resolution

26.1 Subject to Clause 26.2, courts at Bangalore, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all matters arising out of or relating to these Terms.

26.2 The parties shall first attempt to resolve disputes amicably. In the absence of such a resolution, the dispute shall be referred to arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

26.3 A sole arbitrator appointed by us shall conduct the arbitration.

26.4 The seat and venue of arbitration shall be Bangalore.

26.5 The language of arbitration shall be English.

26.6 The arbitral award shall be final and binding on the parties.

26.7 Nothing in these Terms shall prevent us from seeking interim, injunctive, or equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.

27. Termination

27.1 You may stop using the Site at any time.

27.2 We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Site, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms or if we believe you are unable or unwilling to comply with them.

27.3 Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms shall immediately cease, and you shall cease all use of the Site.

27.4 Termination shall be without prejudice to our accrued rights and remedies.

27.5 Clauses which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including those relating to intellectual property, licenses, disclaimers, indemnity, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution.

28. Electronic Record

28.1 These Terms constitute an electronic record under applicable law and do not require physical or digital signatures.

29. Force Majeure

29.1 We shall not be liable for any delay, interruption, or failure in performance resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, labour unrest, governmental action, utility failures, cyberattacks, epidemics, pandemics, transportation disruptions, or similar events.

30. Injunctive Relief

30.1 You acknowledge that unauthorised use of the Site may cause irreparable harm for which damages may be an inadequate remedy.

30.2 Accordingly, we shall be entitled to seek injunctive or equitable relief in addition to any other legal remedies available.

31. Limitation Period

31.1 To the extent permitted by law, any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms must be brought within six months from the date the cause of action arose.

32. Waiver

32.1 No failure or delay by us in enforcing any provision of these Terms shall operate as a waiver of that provision or any other provision.

32.2 Any waiver shall be valid only if made in writing by us.

33.1 These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other policies incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and us concerning the Site and supersede all prior understandings relating to the same subject matter.

34. Severability

34.1 If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

34.2 The invalid provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, while preserving its intent as far as possible.

35. Assignment

35.1 You may not assign, transfer, or delegate any rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent.
